Dexter Industries Shipping and Ordering Information
Dexter Industries offers payment methods from all major credit cards, Paypal, Stripe, and Amazon Payments. If your organization meets certain guidelines we can offer check, wire transfer, and purchase order options.

We offer shipping through the US Postal Service. There is no tracking for international orders. If you want tracking information, please use UPS or FedEx. (See below International section) Shipping can be Parcel Post, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. For other methods, please contact us.
- Parcel Post: Shipped via USPS First Class. This option is un-trackable and once it has been shipped by Dexter Industries, it is out of our control. This level of shipping offers no insurance and no trackability. This is not a guaranteed service. First class mail can take up to two weeks to deliver. This is offered as a low cost option and is used entirely at the customers risk.
- Priority Mail: For domestic (US) orders this option is trackable. Domestic Priority mail can take up to 3-5 business days for delivery. This package level can be traced within the United States. This option MAY NOT include tracking outside the United States.
- Express Mail: Trackable and guaranteed within the United States. Delivery within 1-2 days. Depending on your country, this option may be trackable within your country. This option is insured. This option MAY NOT include tracking outside the United States.
If you require international tracking, we recommend using the UPS or Fedex Options. Our website will automatically provide the price based on your order. Please note that these services are the only services that will provide door-to-door tracking for orders outside the United States.
Orders are processed within a few hours and you will see an e-mail from our store confirming your order. Packages usually ship within 2 – 3 business days. If you need your order in a hurry, options are available and quoted on our checkout page.
We ship internationally and APO! Almost all countries are represented on our checkout page. If you are purchasing from Europe or Canada, please check our distributor partners for cheaper and faster shipping.
Dexter Industries cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages or packages that become stuck in customs. In order to ensure a quick and prompt notification from your post office, please accurately list your phone number.
Customs and Duties
Customs are the sole duty of the recipient and are not included in the final price. Customers are responsible for handling customs and duties in their home countries.
Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important to us. As part of the order process, your name, shipping and billing address, e-mail address, and phone number are collected by Dexter Industries. Your credit card and Paypal information is handled separately and securely by the checkout method you choose. From time to time we may send product alerts and updates to our customers. Customers may choose to opt out of these alerts. Dexter Industries has an ongoing commitment to the security of your personal data. We will NOT share your information with any other company or person.
If you feel your item might not be working properly please head over to the forums for some quick troubleshooting, our engineers are standing by.
We guarantee our products will be free of manufacturing defect. If you receive an item you ordered from us, please contact us and we will arrange to make it right. We do not guarantee our product for use outside of our recommended guidelines.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any product for any reason within 30 days for a full refund of the product price at which it was purchased. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please email us support (at) dexterindustries.com for further instructions and notification of return. Please include a copy of your sales slip and contact information.
We guarantee that all of our parts will work. If you receive a product or a sensor from us that does not, please contact us and we will replace your item at no cost. Please include your contact information and a copy of your sales slip.
We will issue your refund via the method it was originally purchased when we receive the unused product. Please note that if you are an international customer, this may take a few weeks before we receive the parcel.
