We do our best to get to every inquiry as soon as possible, and sometimes inquiries take some research on our end before we reply with a solution. While many times we get to things a lot faster, you can definitely expect a response within 3 business days of contacting us.

Our technical support is provided through our forums. We try to answer questions immediately, but can take up to 24 hours. Additionally a community of experts may also chime in to offer additional tips, tricks and how-tos.

EXISTING ORDERS AND SHIPPING:

TEACHER TRIAL KIT REQUEST FORM:
Use the form below to request a teacher trial kit. We currently provide teacher trial kits on a case by case basis, mostly for schools in the United States, but if you are from overseas let us know your situation and we will consider it. We’ll be in touch to get more details, but please tell us which kit you are interested in and what course you are teaching.
