Can I use brickpi with reaspberry pi3 ?
If not, how can I modify ‘JESSIE’ ?

You can use the BrickPi with the Pi3. We have just released a jessie image which has all the new features and works with Pi3 too. Download the image there and follow the guide here http://www.dexterindustries.com/howto/install-raspbian-for-robots-image-on-an-sd-card/ to burn the image.
